The dog is like "hurry up & take the damn picture, we got some miles to do"
She always is like that 😂

If you click on the 'bendy arrow' to get the links to share the image, go to the BB (bulletin board) link and copy the code. You can then just paste that in to your reply, although I trim some of it before and after the [img] bits.
Otherwise you should be able to use the picture button above the reply box in your message here and drop in the https: Flickr location link directly.
👍 managed to get it working with the BB code bit by using my computer where there are more options available than on my phone.
It’s worked but I Think I’ll look at the trim part again later as I see what you mean about the extra coding it adds.
Another way is to upload your photos to a photo hosting site - Flickr, Photobucket, Smugmug etc and then link the pic there to this site. This can help ensure that the site runs quicker, and also you insert the full sized pics in your text.
I have tried to out up a ride report of my recent trip but can’t seem to get the photos to work from Flickr. After pressing the photo cutting it asks for a ‘source’ and a ‘link’. I can put the photo link from Flickr in both and it just shows a small code which will take you to a picture, but it won’t embed it into the article. Any ideas??? 🤔
A neat set up you have there. I used to see another fella touring about Scotland on a GS12 a coupla years back; he always had a Yorkie and a JRT with him. Neither of mine would fit on the tank in front of me, and Max wouldn't sit still for long anyway....loopy collie syndrome. Hope to catch up with ye some time...ride safe
Two dogs just sounds extravagant 😂

Thanks for that. I’ve been trying to look at Flickr so I’ll see how that gets on
Here’s one from the return section of our recent Lands End to John O’Groats tour… the classic ‘bike in front of Eilean Donan castle‘ photo.
I was going to have a look at the ride report section and I’ll break it up into the England and Wales part, the. The Scotland section.
For now other photos can be seen at facebook.com/littlebikerdog
Ah right, from the paper clip at the bottom? I had been using the picture button at the top which only has ‘source’ or ‘link’
I have always just clicked the 'Upload' button....I have photos in a folder on desktop, and just go from there
Thanks
Can I also ask, what is the best way to add photos to this forum?🤔
When clicking on the photo button, it seems to want a link to be added. I’ve tried adding some from my Facebook accounts but they don’t seem to work.
Does the dog have a name ? Yes, she’s called Cookie 👍
Thanks for the welcomes 😀👍
Hi everyone, I have signed up to this forum after being told about it from some fellow bikers I met while on tour.
Since 2005 I have lived in Lanarkshire, Scotland have been riding for much of my life. Although I have done quite a bit of touring over the years in the UK and some touring in France and Spain, I made the change to a BMW R1250GS last year and I’m now looking to be a bit more adventurous and meet others. I am loving this bike so far and it’s a big change from my previous Triumph Rocket 3.
In recent years I have also toured with my dog and she has a Facebook page of Facebook.com/LittleBikerDog where we record her adventures. We are just completing a Lands End to John O’Groats tour currently.
