Perhaps the irregular adventurers were put off by the initial welcome.
I promise no sarcasm in 2021 - probably.
is that a new years resolution

A very merry Christmas and hopefully a Happy New Year .
This year has been very difficult for everyone and we are now looking forward to a slightly better year ahead.
Big thanks to all the donations , monthly subs and sticker sales , this keeps the forum going .
Renewal on the website software and domain name have been paid again in Nov so we are set for another year.
We can hopefully get some more day meets and camping set up along the way .
And raise a glass for the friends who we have lost this year.
Merry Christmas Everyone
Craig & Jenifer

Hola Phil
Welcome along to the forum
Skye is maybe close enough to come to some of the meets etc .
cheers craig

Your bike looks great Craig, and those Lomo panniers look neater and more useable than the big ones (that have sat in my garage since the 2019 strontian rally)
Iain
Cheers Hamish , my bike needs a winter full service and some things sorted out . The Transalp is closing in on 70000miles now .
The bags are more upright and secure much better .

The Panniers I am testing out and giving away are these https://www.lomo.co.uk/acatalo…Medium--1950.html#SID=118 Lomo's new 30lt Large Panniers . £69
They have quite a few improvements over the first version
The other bags are the Crash bar bags https://www.lomo.co.uk/acatalo…bar-dry-bags.html#SID=118
6.5lt each and they are like a mini pannier bag , with the same webbing on the back £39
-
The pannier certainly seems to be mounted very "correctly" and square to the bike !
Must say that they have done a very good job re the securing points , it has a padded back with webbing lattice so securing to a pannier frame is very easy.
A little tricky to thread the 2 straps but with a little practice could be done in 5 mins per side .
Full review (video ) will come soon I hope
-
A short spin out today , to do some things in Inverurie then headed west and had a nice drive .
Got very cold at 3pm though ..
The observant will notice the Lomo stuff on my bike getting limited testing during these strange times .
Trying to get the time to do a couple of reviews soon...

Doesn't look like one is going to happen this year 😟😟😤😬😬!!.
Into November and the weather is still being kind but other factors are at work.
No Mate , don't think its even a starter at the moment , hopefully spring will see us able to get out
-
Isent it dificult to get the thread around their wee lil arms?
Maybe Flyfifer could start a circus if he catches enough
