I thought I would give an update on things regards forum , etc
So as some here will know that I have been having an issue with my right arm / shoulder. Turns out its a rotator cuff impingement so for a couple of weeks I have not been able to do much.
Light duties at work 
but no bike riding 
As this was causing it to get worse.
Of course this is the perfect time to get out and about but its a no no for now..
I haven't heard any negatives from Sunart camping regarding the rally , so very hopeful that it will go ahead < Note I will get there one way or another....

The forum has been ticking along as usual without any issues (which I am very happy about) ....
