New to the game!

New CB500X arrived last Thuesday, had a run out to Loch Ness well impressed, a bit more comfortable than the CRF250L, lol Mature Biker, had bikes all my life 2 strokes in the seventies and then again recently with a GT750L Kettle and an H1500 Kawasaki, moved on to two GSX1400's best bikes ever made for sure, CRF250L for past 5 years and now a new CB500X. Looking forward to meeting some of the forum members and have a few ride outs.

SteveT took me out yesterday for my first short ride out with ADV, thanks for the introduction to ADV Scotland and thanks for letting me join in with the fun. look forward to many more meets and adventures on the CB500X

More Bling fitted today, Skid Plate from China £42 including delivery (bet SteveT could not build it himself for that lol), not bad protection for stones on gravel roads, but definatly not a Bash Pate for heavy duty off road! Had to have a wee test run to Garve with a couple of guys just to check for vibs, result perfect and still there when i got home, result!20200802_195754_autoscaled.jpg
