Cracking news Craig. Enjoy the break and look forward to some more riding miles before the ice sets in.

See you on the road soon.

Well another weekend goes by and I did manage to get out on the bike for a couple of hours .
Did about 60 miles out to Banchory and drive around Aberdeen city.

Not a huge trip but it felt good getting out on the bike with only a little discomfort.

Did see doctor last week and everything seems fine apart from pain after overdoing things , lifting etc.

He recommended light training so more riding the bike then 🤪

I can now see that I will not be fully recovered until at least 6months (consultant say)
Its now 13.5 weeks

So small trips and exercise hopefully be all ready for next spring, weekend camping etc

Onwards and upwards

Small steps Craig, small steps.

Or in this case, small rides  ;D

Owts better than nowt, so just keep to the slow but steady pace and you'll be racking up the miles in good time.

See you soon,

Looks like Saturday is gonna be proper good weather-wise.  Coinicdentally, no one to check in, so I think one last big  run on the GS with Mrs 3D before the tyres for the big trip go on and I change oils and filter.  Torridon and Shieldaig for lunch looks favourite, and then possibly back to town via the A87 and Loch Ness.  Yip yip!
